The Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration has responsibility for accounting reporting, accounts payable, budget and financial planning, capital planning, contract administration, endowment and treasury management, environmental health and safety, financial analysis, financial systems, insurance and risk management, internal audit, oil and gas minerals asset management, student financial services, tax services, and University Lands. The department of TCU Facilities provides buildings and grounds maintenance; campus planning, design and construction, and associated financial management; facility services (custodial), mailing and postal services, and utilities operations and maintenance.

The Assistant Vice Chancellor for Internal Audit, the Associate Vice Chancellor and Controller, the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities and Campus Planning, and the Senior Assistant Vice Chancellor for Finance report to this office.
