The TCU Facilities central office is located at 3589 Bellaire Drive North between Amon G. Carter Stadium and the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center. Main Office phone is 817-257-7955.

Led by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities, our mission is to proactively deliver and maintain facilities that foster exceptional teaching, learning and living environments.  A facilities team of 310 full-time employees works daily towards our vision to enhance the TCU experience by pursuing excellence in all we do.  Facilities oversees design, construction and renovation of all capital projects as well as necessary operations, maintenance, repair and services for existing pavements, grounds, facilities and infrastructure. Coverage includes 130 major buildings, comprising 5.8 million square feet, on 300 acres of property. The Facilities organization oversees a $30 million annual O&M budget. Approximately $1.5 billion has been invested in new and renovated facilities since 2007 with over $300 million currently in planning, design, or construction phase.
