Master Service Agreements

A Master Service Agreement (MSA) is a foundational agreement that defines the overall working relationship between TCU and the Supplier for future purchases. The MSA has no cost and it does not obligate you to make any purchase.
Once an MSA is established, it will be categorized into two types of agreements:
(1) a Preferred Service Provider (PSP) or
(2) a Master Agreement.
How Do I Request a Master Service Agreement?
Contact Contract_Questions@tcu.edu to request a new master services agreement. We'll be happy to work with you and the Supplier to establish an MSA. The Supplier will be required to maintain a certain level of insurance. Based on the offered services, the Contracts team will determine if the vendor will provide services as a PSP or under a Master Agreement.
