Customer Service/Customer Requests
The Customer Service Center provides support to the TCU community and is the central reception for calls related to facility buildings and ensuring work requests are issued to various facility departments for execution. The Customer Service Center also issues keys to faculty and staff and temporary access to contractors. This department provides 24/7 coverage to the campus monitoring building automation systems and the fire alarm system.
